Useless support

The latest version is sitting in my Updates window on the App Store and won’t download at all. I keep checking support, and find nothing on how to fix this.

The app is great, only 2 stars because I can’t use the latest version since the App Store download is busted and ShedWorx won’t provide the support for an app I paid for.

Fix it now.
