App Presumes Too Much

I am a neophyte and this app presumes a level of familarity with Apple and other software and devices. It is not particularly intuative and using it is hit and miss at best. I chose to buy this based on the reviews and I now have regrets about that. It is going to be a struggle to get anywhere with this.
