I paid for version 1 and 2

Looked for reasons this converter doesnt work anymore not sure why but the first converter was great and worked fine.

A new one came out the old one stopped working and it said delete v 1 and dl v 2 from the app store. I had to pay AGAIN!!

Now it takes 24 hours to convert 1/4 of a movie and it only used to ever take 30 mins for the largest movies at slowest setting.

I want my money back!!!
